Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the user experience strategy for two critical areas: Intelligent Support Automation and Identity and User Management. In this role, you will translate complex technical requirements into seamless, secure, and intuitive user experiences, ensuring our customers can easily manage access and receive instant, AI-driven support.

Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design scalable workflows for Single Sign-On, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
  • Lead the UX for AI-driven support tools, including chatbots, conversational interfaces, and automated issue-resolution workflows.
  • Leverage insights from FullStory (session replays, heatmaps, and funnel analysis) to identify user friction points and validate design decisions with real-world data.
  • Manage the design lifecycle from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design QA.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, and Engineering teams to balance technical constraints with user needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience with complex B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software systems.
  • Experience using analytics platforms (specifically FullStory, or Pendo) to inform design strategy.
