Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Define product vision and strategy for AI meeting notes
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build and optimize features
  • Work with the design team to turn feature and improvement ideas into working prototypes that can be reviewed by the team
  • Work with Engineering managers to divide feature development into impactful and data-measurable iterations and drive them to launch
  • Build usage and performance charts in Amplitude
  • Analyze user data and feedback to drive product improvements
  • Personally go through our user flows continuously to identify areas for improvement
  • Optimize user experience and product performance
  • Prioritize features and product updates based on impact and value
  • Work with all stakeholders and teams to align business models and compliance
  • Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and trends
  • Work with the marketing team to help improve user lifecycle communication and new feature launches
  • Be very hands on.
Required Qualifications:
  • BS degree or higher in a related technical field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Having a growth mindset and always striving to learn and improve
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
  • Track record using data and user insights to prioritize and execute on the roadmap
  • “Eye for design” ー building user-centric experiences in collaboration with designers
  • A core understanding of marketing needs and concepts
  • Being scrappy – can launch MVPs and iterate quickly based on learnings
  • Entrepreneurial enthusiasm and grit, always willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Solution-oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starte
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Caring deeply about teammates and actively working to uplift and improve the team and the team’s culture
  • Understanding principles of what drives a team’s productivity
