Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery and delivery of new features and products that deliver measurable business value
  • Drive and execute product strategies that align with wider business objectives and long-term vision
  • Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain a deep understanding of market needs, product gaps, and user behavior
  • Conduct qualitative research and interviews to gather insights that shape product direction
  • Define and track product success metrics; use quantitative data to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date roadmaps that reflect current business priorities, user needs, and technical constraints
  • Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to ensure effective product delivery and stakeholder alignment
  • Translate complex business problems into well-defined product requirements and development-ready tickets
  • Mentor junior PMs and contribute to knowledge-sharing and process improvements within the team
  • Own and communicate the vision for your product, articulating how it contributes to the overall business strategy
  • Identify product risks (technical, business, or financial) early and develop mitigation plans
  • Actively contribute to the continuous evolution of product development practices
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, including end-to-end delivery of software products
  • Strong grasp of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro)
  • Background in gaming and betting platforms is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English
  • Deep understanding of product design principles, customer journey mapping, and performance analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategy with execution and deliver results in a high-paced environment
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro)
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Solid collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
