Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality fintech applications
  • Clearly communicate the product vision and goals to the development team and stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding and focus
  • Make informed decisions regarding feature prioritization, balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and business value
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to continuously refine and improve the product
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and resolving conflicts
  • Ensure that product features are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the quality standards expected by stakeholders
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience in managing product backlogs and sprints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform product decisions
  • Experience in working with product management and development tools, such as Jira, Azure, or similar platforms
