Overview
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of project plans, including scope definition, scheduling and resource allocation
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects and subcontractors to ensure technical requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective cost control
- Conduct cost analysis and variance reporting, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and internal company policies
- Support the preparation of documentation required for regulatory approvals and inspections
- Coordinate the allocation of materials, equipment and labor to maximize project efficiency
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect timelines and budgets
- Monitor supplier performance and oversee related processes to ensure quality and reliability
- Act as a key person between clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication
- Prepare and present project status reports, covering progress, technical milestones, budget performance and challenges
- Organize project meetings, document key discussions and distribute minutes and action points to ensure accountability
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Construction Management or a related field
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within construction, engineering or technical environments
- Solid understanding of construction workflows, project management methodologies and basic financial principles (budgeting, cost control, reporting)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and confidence in working with data and reports
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to different stakeholders
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environmen
