Overview

Responsibilities:
  • lead large and complex projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and closure
  • develop and monitor detailed project plans, phases, risks, dependencies and resources
  • coordinate effective collaboration between business units, IT teams, vendors and senior management
  • ensure control over project scope, timelines, priorities and quality
  • identify issues in a timely manner, propose solutions, and ensure necessary escalation
  • participate in business requirements formulation, solution evaluation and implementation management
  • prepare management reports, project status summaries and presentations
  • contribute to the improvement of project management approaches and processes within the department
Required Qualifications:
  • higher education in economics, management or finance
  • at least 5 years of work experience in a bank
  • successful experience managing complex and cross-functional projects
  • experience working with ArmSoft / Armenian Software systems (mandatory)
  • strong experience with IT projects, IT teams and technical solutions
  • in-depth knowledge of banking systems, processes and interactions
  • strong skills in risk management, stakeholder management and performance monitoring
  • high-level communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
  • good knowledge of Armenian and Russian (good knowledge of English considered an advantage)
  • advanced experience with Jira, Confluence and project reporting tools
  • experience in vendor management, testing/UAT and business analysis
  • professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or Product Owner
