Overview

We are looking for a Strong Middle to Senior Project Manager who will coordinate delivery activities, support teams working on data and AI projects and ensure structured communication across stakeholders. This person will apply project management practices to maintain timelines, track scope and support decision making across distributed teams. Client: Our client is a technology driven organization that focuses on delivering secure digital solutions and cloud enabled platforms. Project Overview: This project focuses on delivering technology solutions across data driven and AI enabled initiatives. The work may include coordination of product development, support of engineering teams and facilitation of delivery processes across distributed groups.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate delivery activities across assigned workstreams
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to support delivery processes
  • Facilitate meetings, documentation and communication flows
  • Track progress, delivery risks and dependencies
  • Support planning and estimation practices
  • Ensure consistent use of internal processes and tooling
  • Prepare reports and updates for relevant stakeholders
  • Identify blockers and collaborate on resolutions
  • Maintain structured communication across distributed teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working as a Project Manager within technology environments
  • Experience with data related or AI enabled project delivery
  • Experience with task tracking systems and collaboration tools
  • Technical background that supports effective communication with engineering teams
  • Experience in pre sales or supporting pre sales activities
  • English proficiency suitable for distributed team communication
  • Experience working at Strong Middle or Senior level
