Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end manual testing of platform features, APIs, and integrations
  • Define testing scope and maintain test documentation (Test Plans, Test Cases, Checklists)
  • Contribute to and improve test strategies and QA processes
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues using logs, databases, and network analysis
  • Manage defects in JIRA, ensuring full lifecycle tracking and resolution
  • Support release processes and ensure product quality before deployment
  • Collaborate with Development and Product teams to identify risks early
  • Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in Software QA (2+ years in iGaming/Fintech)
  • Strong experience in backend testing and client-server architecture
  • Hands-on experience in API testing (REST, JSON) using tools like Postman or Swagger
  • Solid SQL skills (complex queries, joins, database validation)
  • Experience with test documentation and QA process improvement
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (logs, network, debugging)
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
