Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to provide expert user support, ensure clear and consistent communication, maintain thorough documentation, and deliver outstanding customer service while managing system performance.

This role requires working with at least a 3-hour overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Project Overview:
Join a high-performing go-to-market systems team supporting a fast-growing, innovative company. With Salesforce deeply embedded across the organization, you’ll partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure they have the right tools to stay productive and successful.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline Salesforce support for internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Service, and Product, covering Sales and Service Cloud and related tools such as Dialpad, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, FormAssembly, Service Cloud Voice, Gong, and Calendly.
  • Efficiently triage user inquiries, outages, and bugs to appropriate teams or points of contact.
  • Deliver timely and thorough resolutions through the Salesforce support queue.
  • Manage and manipulate large data sets using tools like DemandTools.
  • Build and optimize reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Identify and address technical debt to maintain a clean, scalable org ready for innovation.
  • Create, update, and maintain system and user documentation.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
Required Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and a strong willingness to learn quickly on the job.
  • Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current Salesforce Administrator certification or commitment to obtain it within 3 months of starting.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Solid data management and analytical skills.
