Overview
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to design and drive strategic workforce plans, ensuring job descriptions and requirements are aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the full life-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles (technical and non-technical), including proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and direct outreach).
- Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities, from initial engagement and screening calls to complex interview scheduling and facilitation of technical assessments.
- Manage, monitor, and report on the talent pipeline and hiring metrics, ensuring timely, transparent communication and an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide insights to improve hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Advise and support HR operations by leading or contributing to cross-functional projects and process improvements requested by leadership.
- Champion the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency, diversity, and quality of hire.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive, proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (or equivalent senior recruiting role) with a track record of successfully hiring across multiple geographies and disciplines.
- Expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions at various seniority levels.
- Deep knowledge of advanced recruitment best practices, market trends, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and advanced ATS platforms, including data analytics and reporting.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, and compliance requirements in [insert country/region].
- Prior experience recruiting within IT, fintech, or other technology-driven organizations.
- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Being eager to learn new technologies (including area-specific).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
