Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to design strategic workforce plans
- Lead full life-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles
- Oversee recruitment activities and metrics
- Maintain accurate candidate data within ATS
- Advise and support HR operations
- Champion continuous improvement of recruitment strategies
Nice To Have:
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and advanced ATS platforms
- Solid understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements
- Prior experience recruiting within IT or technology-driven organizations
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive, proven 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions
- Deep knowledge of advanced recruitment best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
