Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to design strategic workforce plans
  • Lead full life-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles
  • Oversee recruitment activities and metrics
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within ATS
  • Advise and support HR operations
  • Champion continuous improvement of recruitment strategies
Nice To Have:
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and advanced ATS platforms
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements
  • Prior experience recruiting within IT or technology-driven organizations
Required Qualifications:
  • Extensive, proven 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions
  • Deep knowledge of advanced recruitment best practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
