Overview
Responsibilities:
- Design modern interfaces for the bank’s website, ensuring high usability and visual appeal
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital channels
- Conduct UX research: analyze user journeys, test prototypes, and gather feedback with team (product manager; UX researcher)
- Use data and analytics to improve the overall user experience of Inecobank web site
- Collaborate with product teams, developers, and business analysts to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Create interactive prototypes and present design concepts to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech or e-commerce
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and responsive design
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing
- A portfolio showcasing completed projects with a focus on web interfaces
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
