Overview
Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across our digital platforms
- User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, and apply these insights to design solutions
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate innovative ideas into your designs to keep our products ahead of the curve
- Feedback Integration: Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, ensuring that final deliverables meet high standards of quality and functionality
- Communication: Clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and transparent design process
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and project accomplishments
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the iGaming industry is highly desirable but not required
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Design Trends: A keen eye for current design trends and best practices, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of user experience
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
