Overview

We are looking for a Service Engineer (mechatronics/electro-mechanical engineer) who can diagnose customer equipment issues remotely and drive cases to resolution. • Case ownership (mini project management): Define next steps, assign tasks to internal specialists, follow up on deadlines, and ensure resolution and verification.
  • Team-based problem solving: Provide a clear technical handover (symptoms, conditions, tests performed, suspected cause) and coordinate with engineers until the fix is implemented.
  • Customer communication: Translate technical progress into clear updates and actionable instructions.
  • Tracking & documentation: Keep case status accurate and document investigations, decisions, and final outcomes in the tracking system.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering (or strong equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Strong fundamentals in electricity & electronics (e.g., wiring diagrams, sensors/actuators, basic measurements/troubleshooting logic).
