SoftConstruct is looking for a Service Quality Control Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and policies
- Monitor work processes and assess employees alignment with established standards
- Analyze data related to quality control
- Prepare reports on quality assurance findings
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Perform other duties related to the position as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education
- At least 1 year of work experience in quality control/assurance or video surveillance
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate objectively
- Teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Experience in the online gaming industry is a plus
