Overview
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the iGaming and gambling industry (platforms, casinos, betting solutions, and related products)
- Promote and sell IT services tailored for the iGaming and gambling sector, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and product development, to ensure the best service delivery to clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare and present tailored service proposals, sales reports, and performance insights to management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand business connections
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales processes
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in service sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the iGaming or gambling
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, casino solutions, and gambling-related IT services
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Experience in client relationship management and key account handling
- Strong market analysis and research capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, business development software, and project management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of English is required
- Open to travel for client meetings and industry events
