Overview

The Shipment Operator is responsible for executing and monitoring shipment-related activities to ensure the secure, accurate, and timely dispatch of personalized ID documents. This includes preparing shipments, verifying shipment contents, packaging materials according to established procedures, coordinating with courier maintaining shipment records.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule the shipment base on the delivery dates
  • Prepare the packages for shipment.
  • Keep the records of the shipment.
  • Support production management to have always necessary supply to perform shipment activities.
  • Support continuous improvement of quality, security, and efficiency in production processes.
  • Work closely with production management, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide timely reporting on production figures and operational issues.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records for audits, KPIs, and compliance purposes.
  • Support reception of Blank ID Documents.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or university degree.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and document handling.
  • Ability to work responsibly with sensitive information.
  • Availability to work overtime, weekends, and/or shifts as required.
