Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an SMM strategy for the MAN Truck brand, AMMANN, Addinol, Cifa, Carmix, Fortune tires taking into account B2B specifics and corporate objectives
  • Manage and grow the brand’s official social media accounts
  • Plan, create, and publish content in accordance with the approved content plan
  • Create and adapt content (copy, visual materials, video) for various digital platforms
  • Promote the MAN Truck product portfolio, service solutions, and corporate initiatives across social media channels
  • Engage with the audience by managing comments and incoming messages, ensuring professional business communication
  • Coordinate work with external contractors (designers, video production teams, agencies)
  • Support the dealer network within SMM-related activities
  • Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation on social media platforms
  • Analyze competitor activity and industry trends
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of SMM activities using key performance indicators (reach, engagement, lead generation)
  • Prepare regular analytical reports and provide recommendations to optimize social media communications
  • Ensure compliance with MAN brand guidelines
Required Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in SMM / digital marketing
  • Experience managing corporate social media accounts
  • Understanding of B2B communication (preferred)
  • Content planning and copywriting skills
  • Experience with social media analytics and KPIs
  • Ability to work with contractors and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of current SMM tools and trends
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
  • Required candidate level
