Overview
We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented SMM Specialist to help manage and grow the online presence of multiple brands across various social media platforms. This is a remote, project-based opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, stays on top of social media trends, and is passionate about creating engaging digital content.
- Develop and implement social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Research target audiences and analyze competitors to create effective content strategies
- Plan, organize, and manage content calendars while ensuring timely publishing
- Write engaging captions, scripts, community messages, and other social media copy
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to generate ideas, draft content, and improve messaging
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels
- Develop creative concepts and prepare briefs for Stories, Reels, and short-form video content
- Create, publish, and manage Stories aligned with the content strategy
- Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, saves, clicks, etc.) and continuously optimize results
- Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and other team members
- Participate in content creation sessions, including Reels production and video shoots
- Communicate with clients regarding content plans, timelines, and campaign objectives
- Collect client feedback, coordinate revisions, and ensure timely implementation
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations, presenting results together with the SMM Team Lead when required
- 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management
- Excellent copywriting skills in Armenian; English proficiency is required
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support content creation and ideation
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Notion, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
