Overview
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
- Conduct research and segment audiences to tailor content effectively
- Create and manage content plans, schedule posts, and ensure timely publishing
- Write engaging post captions, scripts, and community messages
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to draft content, brainstorm ideas, or refine messages
- Ensure consistent brand tone of voice and visual identity across platforms
- Develop and brief creative concepts for Stories, Reels, and short-form video content
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, clicks, etc.) and continuously optimize content
- Conduct competitor and market research to stay updated with trends and suggest new ideas
- Collaborate closely with the design team, videomaker, and other departments
Required Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management
- Excellent copywriting skills in Armenian (knowledge of English/Russian is a plus)
- Familiarity with or interest in using AI tools to support content creation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-informed decisions
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Notion, etc.)
