“Dial Tel LLC” is looking for a “SMS Network Operations Center Engineer”.


- Provide Tech Support within the frameworks of the department requirements
- Help customers with API integrations, A2P Connectivity
- Manage connection troubleshooting settings and API integrations, A2P Connectivity
- Work closely with the Email Design on assigned Projects and Tasks
- Support and maintain the Global Messaging infrastructure, including security, standards, and policy enforcement
- Investigate all the cases reported by the client on the traffic quality, new feature requests, disputes, and others
- Monitor and apply necessary routing configurations to ensure highest message delivery
- Fulfil other tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

- At least 2 years’ experience as a Technical Support Specialist, NOC Engineer (in SMS)
- Solid understanding of ALARIS system
- Outstanding knowledge of API integrations, A2P Connectivity
- Detail oriented and good problem-solving skills
- Proven written communication skills in English
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Work experience in Telecommunications area
