Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute Telcell’s social media and influencer marketing activities in line with brand, product, and business objectives
  • Develop and manage the monthly social media content plan and publishing calendar across Telcell and Telcell Wallet platforms
  • Plan and coordinate engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform and target audience
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and visual quality across all social media channels
  • Monitor trends, audience behavior, platform updates, and competitor activity to continuously improve content and positioning
  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage influencers that match Telcell’s brand and target audience
  • Build and maintain long-term working relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Prepare clear campaign briefs for influencers, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, key messages, and content guidelines
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and proper execution
  • Review and align influencer content before publication to ensure it meets brand, communication, and campaign requirements
  • Track influencer campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Experience in influencer identification, communication, campaign coordination, and content review
  • Ability to develop content plans and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with analytics tools and the ability to interpret performance data
  • High level of ownership, responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain quality standards while working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English
Nice To Have:
  • Experience with content creation, basic design, or video tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
