Overview
We are looking for a creative, versatile, and results-driven Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the iGaming industry and strong expertise in AI-powered content creation and marketing tools. This is more than a traditional SMM role. We are seeking someone who can combine social media strategy, content creation, storytelling, and AI-driven workflows to strengthen brand awareness, thought leadership, and business growth. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, understands the iGaming landscape, and knows how to transform complex industry topics into engaging content across multiple channels.
- Own and execute the company's social media and content marketing strategy.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including social media posts, articles, newsletters, presentations, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Develop compelling campaign messaging, product narratives, and thought leadership content.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, research, optimization, and workflow automation.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and timely delivery.
- Monitor trends across iGaming, Sports Betting, SaaS, AI, and Digital Marketing to identify content opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, Sales, Business Development, and Design teams to support strategic initiatives, product launches, and partnerships.
- Support employer branding, corporate communications, PR activities, and event marketing.
- Build scalable content systems, reusable templates, and AI-powered workflows.
- Track and analyse content performance, audience engagement, and key marketing metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry is must.
- Strong practical experience with AI tools and their application in content creation, marketing, research, workflow automation, and performance optimization.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong copywriting, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.
- Hands-on experience managing social media and content marketing initiatives.
- Proven ability to create engaging content for B2B audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, audience segmentation, and engagement strategies.
- Experience creating and executing content strategies based on business objectives and measurable KPIs.
- Ability to independently manage content planning, production, publishing, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize content strategies accordingly.

- Experience supporting industry events, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
- Basic graphic design, video editing, and creative production skills.
- Understands both the business and entertainment aspects of the iGaming industry.
- Actively uses AI tools in daily workflows and stays ahead of emerging technologies.
- Thinks strategically while remaining highly hands-on.
- Can move seamlessly between content strategy, copywriting, social media management, AI-assisted content creation, and creative execution.
