Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee creation of high-performing content (posts, videos, reels, stories, infographics) across key platforms
  • Manage and maintain the strategic content calendar to ensure consistency, quality, and timely execution
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Refine platform-ready copy and storytelling aligned with brand voice
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content production, automation, and performance optimization
  • Test, iterate, and continuously improve content formats based on data, trends, and platform updates
  • Lead, mentor, and provide direction to Social Media Specialists and Junior team members
  • Distribute workload, set priorities, and optimize team workflows
  • Drive accountability, performance standards, and continuous team improvement
  • Manage social media projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, including team leadership experience
  • Excellent English (written & verbal)
  • Proven success managing and mentoring Social Media Specialists
  • Advanced analytical skills and performance tracking expertise
  • Experience working with the US market
