emater is looking for a Social Media Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the marketing goals of each DTC brand
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media specialists, providing guidance on content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the social media team, regularly reviewing performance, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring accountability. Ensure high productivity levels and continuous improvement across the team.
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to report on social media engagement, growth, and ROI, and refine strategies accordingly
- Ensure brand consistency and voice across all social media channels, maintaining a unique identity for each DTC brand
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies to keep our brands on the cutting edge
Required Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on e-commerce or DTC sectors, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective best practices
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing social media team
- Strong ability to analyze performance data, derive insights, and adjust strategies to improve KPIs and ROI
- A keen eye for creative and effective content, with a solid understanding of brand identity and storytelling
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present data-driven results and strategies to stakeholders
