Ardshinbank CJSC is looking for a Software Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the strategy for implementing software solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and operational goals
  • Lead and coordinate teams across different software areas, making sure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Collaborate with other departments within the bank, especially those involved in IT and telecommunications, to ensure smooth project execution
  • Oversee the deployment, testing, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring everything runs according to plan
  • Track the progress of software development projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of IT solution implementation to stakeholders
  • Identify and manage risks related to IT solutions, working to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation process
  • Perform other related tasks as required by the bank’s internal policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in software delivery management, IT project management, or related roles within the last 5 years, preferably in a financial or banking environment
  • In-depth knowledge of ICT systems management and banking automation technologies
  • Strong expertise in SDLC processes. including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with banking products, processes, and compliance requirements
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience leading teams in Agile environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects on time in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in both technical and business communication in English and Russian
