Overview
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in processing customer requests for quotations and tender inquiries by coordinating with suppliers and third-party providers
- Help identify optimal shipping routes and competitive rates, and communicate this information to customers
- Support the team in reviewing customer credit status to ensure smooth and compliant transactions
- Prepare and issue transport documents in both our internal system and carrier systems.
- Assist in organizing air import and export shipments
- Support the team in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis
- Learn and assist in negotiating rates and services with providers to secure the most suitable options for our customers
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of Spanish both written and spoken
- No prior experience required – we will provide training
- A willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
