Overview
ClinChoice LLC is looking for a Specialist, Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the smooth running of daily HR operations of the Department
- Assist recruiting, screening, hiring.
- Coordinate and/or support full onboarding process (documentation preparation, account creation, background verification etc.)
- Manage induction/orientation process for new hires
- Prepare or update employment records and filing systems related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Coordinate with the Global Team for the creation/update/termination of user accounts
- Manage applicable HRISs
- Manage health insurance program for applicable employees
- Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, orders, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate and support the full cycle of employee termination process
- Support the Human Resources Director with complex employee and labor relations matters; perform detailed analysis of data; plan, recommend, and implement solutions and strategies to resolve employee/labor relations matters
- Periodically review company’s HR Policies and Procedures and ensure that these best practice policies and procedures are adhered to and are compliant with employment legislation. In case of changes in the legislation and as per company requirements, update the existing HR Policies and Procedures and/or develop new ones if needed.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations and advise on established HR procedures, and guidelines
- Supervise junior team members, prepare training plans, coach, and mentor them accordingly
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Linguistics or in a relevant field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Proficient MS Office
- Good administrative skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
- Enjoy working with people
