Overview
Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a Specialist, Investigation/Reconciliation Team.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile balances of correspondent loro and nostro accounts daily. Identify deviations and make appropriate records
- Handle inquiries received from correspondent banks and clients
- Make inquiries regarding incoming messages received via SWIFT system with mismatched beneficiary data. Where necessary, reject/return the message with appropriate correspondence attached to it
- Handle incoming international messages rejected on the basis of the bank’s internal policy
- Analyze the database of money transfers
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian
- Negotiation/correspondence skills with international partners
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Required computer skills - fluency in AS Bank system, MS Office
- Strong sense of responsibility while performing tasks
- Ability to work in a team
