Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Support development of strategic plans and preparation of presentations for the executive team and the Group Board
  • Assist in the cascading of strategic goals to teams level (KPIs/OKRs)
  • Track teams performance against goals and assist in quarterly business reviews
  • Conduct analysis to support capital allocation, new ventures, and cross-functional projects
  • Prepare high-quality, data-driven materials for CXO discussions and investment decisions
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential M&A or partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and align initiatives
  • Execute ad hoc strategic analyses to support urgent decision-making and problem-solving
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting, strategy, investment analysis, M&A or business planning roles
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Working Model & Travel:
  • This is an on-site role based in Yerevan
  • Occasional travel may be required (approx. 5–10%)
