We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join our client, a global investment firm with a strong presence in the credit markets. This role will involve providing technical support and monitoring production systems to ensure the reliability and efficiency of business operations. The company’s business is focused on several areas: private equity, venture capital, real assets, investment solutions, and global credit, experience in the banking/investment field. Project Overview: This project focuses on integrating advanced data solutions to deliver real-time insights, empowering clients to make more informed investment decisions. By handling large data volumes within a collaborative team, we’re building a cutting-edge asset management system that adapts to market dynamics and directly supports global investment strategies. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to automated email alerts during business hours
  • Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support to business users across teams
  • Analyze system log files and review dashboards to identify irregularities or issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis
  • Experience in a support or customer-facing role within the finance or financial services domain (e.g., banking, investment, insurance, fintech)
  • Solid understanding of financial products, services, and basic industry regulations
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
  • Good spoken English and communication skills
