Overview
Adjarabet.am is looking for a System Engineer/Аdministrator.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining Server hardware, Firmware upgrades, and Backup solutions
- Managing and maintaining MS Windows Servers, MS Azure AD
- Monitor applications and servers using internally and commercially developed software and procedures. Ensure failover capabilities in the case of outages
- Maintain a system of 24/7 on-call support for applications and servers. Participate in on-call rotation
- Install, upgrade, and document new IT systems architecture, servers, and systems
- Assist Technical Support with escalated issues
- Reporting to IT Manager
- Other duties as assigner
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and/or experience
- Experience in analyzing, designing, configuring, and troubleshooting operation systems
- MS Azure AD, hybrid AD experience
- MacOS knowledge, experience
- ManageEngine products knowledge, experience
- OKTA system knowledge
- JAMF system knowledge
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in managing Microsoft Windows Server system installations
- Experience in various server hardware platforms
- Proven analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and debugging skills
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
