Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments; Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy; Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades/patching; Ensure backup and disaster recovery processes; Deploy and manage Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager); Administer and maintain SharePoint (installation, configuration, site management, permissions, updates, troubleshooting); Manage software packaging, OS imaging, and patch management (WSUS integration); Monitor compliance, reporting, and endpoint configuration; Troubleshoot SCCM clients, distribution points, and deployments; Implement security best practices and manage endpoint protection; Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases (installation, configuration, backup, basic performance monitoring)․
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong background in System/Network Administration; Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, Firewalling; Hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO; Experience with VMware virtualization; Basic PowerShell scripting skills; Strong knowledge of SCCM architecture, software deployment, OS deployment (Task Sequences), patching, reporting, boundary groups, and application lifecycle management; Experience with SharePoint administration on-prem, site management, permissions, and basic troubleshooting; Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (installation, maintenance, backup/restore, basic query troubleshooting); Good communication and teamwork skills; Language skills: Armenian, Russian and English. Ability to effectively manage changes. Planning and reporting skills; Adaptability/Flexibility; Problem solving.
