Overview
Acba Bank OJSC is looking for a Systems Monitoring Specialist (night shift).
Responsibilities:
- Perform incident analysis and processing
- Respond to all notifications received, if necessary, forward them to the responsible team
- Perform systems and network monitoring, submit appropriate reports
- Log incidents and recurring problems
Required Qualifications:
- Higher technical education
- Basic knowledge of the main concepts of IT infrastructures
- Knowledge of monitoring systems (Zabbix, Solarwinds, SCOM) will be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
