Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Manage, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Implement and maintain system security best practices (firewalls, backups, access control)
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and performance tuning
  • Support end-users with technical issues and escalate when required
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and identity access systems
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
  • Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) as needed
  • Create and maintain documentation (procedures, inventory, configurations)
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experienc
  • 1–2 years of IT Support or Systems Administration experience
  • Proven experience with: Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • Proven experience with: Azure AD / Okta / SSO + MFA
  • Proven experience with: Windows 10/11 and macOS device management
  • Proven experience with: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Compliance, Security, and Engineering teams
