Overview
We are looking for a motivated TA Intern to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative and operational tasks. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts by calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documents, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth experience for new hires
- Help maintain HR records and databases by updating employee information and ensuring data accuracyAssist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events
- Handle other ad hoc HR tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Handle other ad hoc HR tasks as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the HR field
