Inecobank CJSC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating the best candidate profile with the relevant unit
  • Distinguishing effective search options based on job requirements
  • Drafting of announcements
  • Organizing interviews
  • Implementing a decision-making process for the best candidate selection
  • Drafting and submitting a proposal for suitable candidates
  • Participation in organized job markets, career days, job fairs, and various events
  • Visits to higher educational institutions and youth event-gatherings to present Inecobank as a best employer and to attract the best ones
  • Participation in Division development and annual planning activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Economics, management or related fields
  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of "Sourcing", "Head hunting", "Executive search" mechanisms, tools and platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Good command of Russian and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
