Role description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the bank’s workforce needs. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with the bank’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
What will you be doing?

  • Full cycle recruitment: market research, development of job descriptions and job announcements, sourcing, screening; selection;
  • Identify candidates through online sources (social platforms, professional platforms), keeping in touch with active candidates;
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including assessments and various types of interviews;
  • Serve as brand ambassador at career fairs and recruiting events;
  • Design and implement onboarding & orientation program;
  • Implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
What skills are we looking for?

  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in HRM, at least a year’s experience in financial-banking field;
  • Hands-on experience with full cycle talent acquisition (screening, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding);
  • Knowledge of different sourcing methods and tools, unbiased interview techniques;
  • Ability to prioritize and navigate in a fast-paced environment;
  • Advanced communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • A can-do and will-do attitude;
  • Excellent command of Russian and English.
