SoftConstruct is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:
Proactively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.), job fairs, and employee referrals
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs
Develop job descriptions and postings that attract high-quality candidates
Advertise open positions on job boards, career pages, and external websites
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and motivation
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer stage
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and preferred candidate profiles
Extend job offers to selected candidates and handle offer negotiations when necessary
Work with HR and management to ensure a smooth transition for the candidate from offer acceptance to onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to management
Use data-driven insights to improve and optimize recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Understanding of software development languages and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities with excellent follow-through skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and well organized
  • Fluent in English and Russian languages
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Psychology will be considered as a plus
