Evocabank CJSC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- full cycle recruitment: market research, development of job descriptions and job announcements, sourcing, screening;selection
- identify candidates through online sources (social platforms, professional platforms), keeping in touch with active candidates
- plan interview and selection procedures, including assessments and various types of interviews
- serve as brand ambassador at career fairs and recruiting events
- design and implement onboarding & orientation program
- implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications:
- university degree in a relevant field;
- at least 2 years’ experience in HRM, at least a year’s experience in financial-banking field
- hands-on experience with full cycle talent acquisition (screening, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
- knowledge of different sourcing methods and tools, unbiased interview techniques
- ability to prioritize and navigate in a fast-paced environment
- advanced communication skills
- excellent organizational skills
- a can-do and will-do attitude
- excellent command of Russian and English
