Evocabank CJSC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • full cycle recruitment: market research, development of job descriptions and job announcements, sourcing, screening;selection
  • identify candidates through online sources (social platforms, professional platforms), keeping in touch with active candidates
  • plan interview and selection procedures, including assessments and various types of interviews
  • serve as brand ambassador at career fairs and recruiting events
  • design and implement onboarding & orientation program
  • implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications:
  • university degree in a relevant field;
  • at least 2 years’ experience in HRM, at least a year’s experience in financial-banking field
  • hands-on experience with full cycle talent acquisition (screening, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
  • knowledge of different sourcing methods and tools, unbiased interview techniques
  • ability to prioritize and navigate in a fast-paced environment
  • advanced communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • a can-do and will-do attitude
  • excellent command of Russian and English
