Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for strategic and complex roles, from job scoping and market mapping to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Review CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles to identify top-tier candidates and provide insightful shortlists to hiring teams
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through advanced sourcing strategies, including headhunting, networking, social media outreach, and talent communities
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ competencies, potential, and alignment with TUMO's mission and values
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, advising on role requirements, and supporting workforce planning initiatives
  • Deliver structured, data-informed candidate assessments and consolidate feedback from interview panels to ensure informed hiring decisions
  • Drive visibility and accessibility of open positions by crafting compelling job postings and promoting them across multiple relevant platforms
  • Analyze and report on key recruitment metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience, to optimize hiring practices
  • Champion a seamless and engaging candidate experience by ensuring consistent communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build talent pipelines, strengthen TUMO's employer brand, and promote diversity and inclusion in hiring
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in both technical and non-technical domains
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully fill diverse roles, including positions in technology, operations, and leadership
  • Deep understanding of modern recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and familiarity with HR tools and data-driven recruitment approaches
  • Fluency in Armenian and English is required
