Microchip Armenia CJSC is looking for a Tech Lead -Timing and Power, FPGA SW.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop solutions tailored towards supporting very large graph representation
  • Improve tools' run time to competitive levels
  • Specify and implement timing features such as coverage, verification, and auto-generation
  • Improve the user experience through smart guidance tools and context-based help
  • Secondary Job Responsibilities
  • Participate to the R&D exploration activities on advanced topics such as OCV, SSTA, IR Drop
  • Help with the enforcement of Microchip’s Software Development Processes
  • Own and sustain product features and provide customer support
Required Qualifications:
  • BS in CS/EE or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge in C++, as well as a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures
  • Strong analytical skills with exposure to probabilities, statistics, and modeling
  • Experience with shell scripting languages (Perl, Python, Bash, TCL)
  • Experience in technically leading and mentoring a small development team
  • MS in CS/EE
  • Experience with large data processing
  • Experience with source code management systems (ClearCase, Git, SVN, Jira)
  • Familiarity/knowledge/experience with any of the following would be a plus: FPGA architecture, Qt, AI-based applications
