Technical Coordinator

Installation Coordination

• Organize and coordinate the installation of equipment on-site.
• Monitor execution, quality, and deadlines.
• Independently find and hire installation workers for each project.
• Order and manage materials, track inventory and supplies.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare simple estimates and cost calculations.
• Collect and submit photo/video reports, work completion certificates, and other confirmations to the office.
• Maintain installation records in Bitrix24.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate with clients: coordinate installation details, timelines, and scope of work.
• Work closely with the sales and logistics departments.
• When necessary — promptly solve operational issues and assist on-site.

Required:

• Ability to organize work and see tasks through to completion.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
• Readiness to work hands-on at project sites when necessary.
• Responsibility, honesty, and punctuality.

Preferred:

• Experience in installation, construction, or technical supervision.
• Skills in calculating work volumes and understanding installation processes.
• Own vehicle (fuel and depreciation compensated).
• Proficiency in Russian and Armenian languages.
