Role description:

Technical Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth workings of technical issues and maintaining documentation of monitoring processes and procedures․

Responsibilities:
What will you be doing?

  • Perform production support activities that involve assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs;
  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics such as CPU usage, memory utilization, network traffic and disk space to identify any anomalies or potential
bottlenecks;
  • Collaborate with Development teams and external vendors to ensure effective
application services;
  • Maintain documentation of monitoring processes and procedures;
  • Manage Web servers, internal and external monitoring for production system;
  • Prepare relevant reports.
Required Qualifications:
What skills are we looking for?

  • Higher education in the technical field;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the IT sphere;
  • Hands-on experience in installing, managing and monitoring network infrastructures
that include one or more of the following: Windows, Linux Servers, Web Servers, monitoring systems (Zabbix or similar);
  • Knowledge of IP Networking including DNS, Virtualization, switches and routers;
  • Advanced communication skills;
  • Flexibility and analytical mind;
  • Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment.
