SoftConstruct is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Armenian, Russian and English Languages).

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer technical support cases
  • Talk with customers through series of action to resolve technical problems
  • Evaluate system potential through assessing compatibility of new programs with existing programs
  • Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
  • Prepare reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
  • Manage multiple tasks at one time
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English is required
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical employees and customers
  • Attentive to details and good problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in mixed shifts
