Evocabank is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- identify and manage of technical issues
- ensure smooth functioning of the equipment
- manage system access
- provide continuous technical support
- execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications:
- higher technical education
- at least a year’s work experience in the IT field
- excellent knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WLAN
- good knowledge of operating systems, network computing and hardware
- command of technical English will be a big plus
- advanced communication skills
- flexibility and strong practical mind
- ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment
- proven ability to meet deadlines
