Overview

Technical Support Specialist and Programmer is a professional position responsible for the development and the maintenance of extensions and snippets for EDMS and EGov platforms, for the development and digitization of various business processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement extensions and snippets in Python, JS or HTML;
  • Ability to communicate with the project managers and the clients themselves;
  • Do a basic change management and refactoring of the developed software;
  • Motivate, educate and help team members in any kind of questions and issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • BS University degree;
  • 1+ year experience in software engineering field:
a) Experience in server-side programming languages: Python, PHP.
b) Experience in server-side programming technologies and platforms: Linux, Nginx/uwsgi, Apache, various web protocols, etc.
c) Experience in client-side programming languages and technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax.
d) Experience in database technologies: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle.
e) Experience in OOP/OOD paradigms.
f) Experience in version control systems.
g) Willingness and abilities to learn anything new: programming language, database system or technology.
  • Familiarity of JIRA (atlassian) or similar project management tools would be an advantage;
  • Experience in real-world software development cycles: design/ prototyping/ implementation/ support.
