We’re looking for an experienced Technical Team Manager to lead our technical team, drive scalable eCommerce solutions, and leverage modern technologies, including AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a technical team, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of eCommerce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative team leads, marketing, and operations, to align technical efforts with business goals.
  • Take initiative to identify and lead process, tooling, and technology optimizations that improve team productivity and operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies to ensure high-quality code and efficient workflows.
  • Conduct regular 1on1s, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into the development process.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Ensure the eCommerce platform's stability, performance, and availability, implementing monitoring and maintenance strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes, enhance team productivity, and improve overall system performance.
  • Support the adoption of relevant AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, automation, and internal processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Team Lead or in a similar leadership role within the eCommerce industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of modern front-end and back-end technologies, with the ability to guide architectural decisions and review implementation quality.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and related technologies is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI is a big plus.
