We’re looking for an experienced Technical Team Manager to lead our technical team, drive scalable eCommerce solutions, and leverage modern technologies, including AI-powered tools.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a technical team, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of eCommerce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative team leads, marketing, and operations, to align technical efforts with business goals.
- Take initiative to identify and lead process, tooling, and technology optimizations that improve team productivity and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies to ensure high-quality code and efficient workflows.
- Conduct regular 1on1s, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into the development process.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Ensure the eCommerce platform's stability, performance, and availability, implementing monitoring and maintenance strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes, enhance team productivity, and improve overall system performance.
- Support the adoption of relevant AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, automation, and internal processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Team Lead or in a similar leadership role within the eCommerce industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of modern front-end and back-end technologies, with the ability to guide architectural decisions and review implementation quality.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and related technologies is a big plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI is a big plus.
