Responsibilities:
  • Consult users on how to use the SAP Build Work Zone product, e.g best practices for setting up a workspace or content pages
  • Process service requests from employees
  • Process incidents reported by employees or external users, e.g. access issues. Conduct necessary investigations and if required, report bugs to SAP development
  • Collect and evaluate requirements from end users and forward them to product management
  • Test new functionality released by the standard product
  • Configure the Work Zone instance according to business needs
  • Configure cards (widgets) that enable integration with other applications
  • Consult in defining the governance for the Work Zone instance in collaboration with the product owner
Required Qualifications:
  • Education
  • Experience in IT Support (3 years)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English
