Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Provide booking and reservation services to customers/Agent network/corporate clients
  • Ensure proper implementation of sales campaigns
  • Work closely with customers throughout the sales process
Required Qualifications:
  • University Degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Highly motivated, with excellent knowledge of the ticketing process and international routes
  • Knowledge of Amadeus system is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English and Russian (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
