Overview
SoftConstruct is looking for a Tools Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the seamless functional and cultural integration of Corporate Tools through the implementation of rigorous training programs
- Provide extensive support for Corporate tools, encompassing JIRA, Confluence, Service Management, add-ons, plugins, and extensions
- Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to meticulously design and implement solutions adhering to the highest industry standards
- Conduct thorough research to identify and proactively recommend innovative apps, team workflow integrations, and strategies to enhance overall productivity
Required Qualifications:
- Accumulate 1-2 years of pertinent experience with analogous tools or roles
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- Exhibit exemplary written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication, both verbally and in written form
- Manifest the capacity and eagerness to swiftly acquire and administer proficiency in emerging tools and technologies
- Possess an acute understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Showcase a documented track record of adeptly administering Atlassian products and other agile tools
- Display hands-on expertise in JQL and SQL
- Proficient in Jira Cloud / Server / DC
- Experienced in Jira Work Management
- Adept in Jira Service Management (Service Desk)
- Competent in Confluence Cloud / Server / DC
- Familiarity with Power BI (desired)
- Proficiency in Zoho (desired)
